    I’m also driven by the desire to build my value within the organization and contribute to the company’s success. Being in Finance allows me to support better decision-making, improve efficiency, and play a role in helping the business grow.

    Beyond the systems, I’m equally proud of how this transformation strengthened the team—building capability through training, cross-functional collaboration, and creating a more scalable and resilient Finance function. It’s been a meaningful step in positioning Finance as a more strategic partner to the business.

    On the leadership side, I care deeply about developing people and building strong, capable teams. Supporting team members in growing their skills, gaining confidence, and taking on more responsibility is something I find very meaningful, as it creates long-term value for both individuals and the organization.

    I’m also very interested in how AI and technology can enhance productivity and decision-making. Leveraging tools to automate routine tasks, improve data insights, and streamline processes allows teams to focus more on strategic and high-impact work. I see this as a key driver for the future of finance and operations.
