One accomplishment I’m particularly proud of is leading the transformation of our Finance operations through technology and process improvement.

Beyond the systems, I’m equally proud of how this transformation strengthened the team—building capability through training, cross-functional collaboration, and creating a more scalable and resilient Finance function. It’s been a meaningful step in positioning Finance as a more strategic partner to the business.

I’m particularly passionate about leadership development and the use of AI to support and improve how we work.

On the leadership side, I care deeply about developing people and building strong, capable teams. Supporting team members in growing their skills, gaining confidence, and taking on more responsibility is something I find very meaningful, as it creates long-term value for both individuals and the organization.
