Successful candidates will require:
A minimum of 5 years experience in financial planning

As a registered Senior Wealth Advisor, you will represent WealthCo Asset Management,
a discretionary investment management firm known for its innovative pension-style investment solutions. Your focus will be on managing client relationships, contributing to sales and marketing initiatives, and collaborating within a team environment. The position requires extensive interaction with Integrated Advisory partners and the broader investment community. Core responsibilities include meeting with existing and prospective clients to assess their financial needs, making informed portfolio recommendations, reviewing performance, and discussing market developments.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, risk management, or a related field

Role Overview
As an Insurance Advisor, your primary focus will be delivering life and living benefits insurance advice in collaboration with Financial Planners and directly with clients. The role emphasizes needs-based planning, strong client service, and consistent execution within WealthCo’s integrated advisory model.
Reporting to the VP, Insurance Advisory, you will work as part of the Risk Team to support client planning objectives while contributing to the firm’s overall insurance growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Working in a team-based advisory environment, responsibilities include:
Conducting insurance needs assessments aligned with financial plans and client objectives
Designing and implementing life and living benefits insurance solutions
Supporting and participating in client meetings as the insurance subject-matter expert
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Financial Planners, clients, and professional partners
Preparing customized insurance illustrations, presentations, and planning support materials
Managing the insurance application and underwriting process from submission to policy delivery
Reviewing in-force policies to ensure ongoing suitability and alignment with client goals
Maintaining a high standard of client service, documentation, and regulatory compliance
Contributing to internal collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Post-secondary education (college or university) or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing life insurance advisory or sales role
Life and Accident & Sickness licenses in good standing
Strong understanding of life insurance and living benefit planning concepts
CFP and/or CLU designation (required or strongly preferred, depending on final role level)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
