Coming from a family of accountants, he has seen firsthand how the profession has evolved and how much further it needs to go. As Sr. Vice President at the WealthCo Group of Companies and Integrated Advisory, Tim works with progressive CPAs and financial professionals across Canada to expand their practices beyond tax and compliance, delivering holistic, future-focused advice that creates real impact.

  • With over 30 years in financial services, I know that the traditional accounting model often falls short of meeting clients’ changing needs.  That’s why I’m passionate about building a powerful network of professionals who can deliver truly integrated solutions - combining tax strategy, financial planning, wealth management, and risk mitigation. By breaking down silos and fostering collaboration, we’re empowering CPAs with the progressive mindset, tools and support they need to evolve from the "most trusted" to the "most valued" advisor.

  • Winning the ICAA Early Achievement Award with the CPA for excellence in serving the profession and community was an especially proud moment – this was awarded due to my volunteer work with the Special Olympics golf program in Calgary and also for co-authoring and presenting various professional development courses. I also take exceptional pride in founding the professional network, Integrated Advisory.
